Delicious food and great hospitality. I ordered the chicken curry and it blew me out of my boots with flavor. Do not get me started on the garlic naan, it was nice and cloudy and packed with flavor. At the end we ended with a special dessert that sadly I do not know the name of but it tasted like a soaked dessert with a bunch of goodness. 100% recommend and I will be back soon!

Had a wonderful experience here. It was our 1 st time. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and every dish was full of flavor. Pav Vada was especially nostalgic for this mumbaikar. Mavin was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a special night out. They even surprised my husband with a complimentary dessert SITAFAL RABADI for his birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and made our celebration even more memorable.Thankyou 🙏🏼 A couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better: the music was a little loud at times, making conversation difficult, and we’d love to see more nut allergy-friendly options on the menu. Portion size was less then expected. But We’ll definitely be back!!!!!

For a long time I never visited this place when it was Bollywood grill, because from thr front, lt feels like there are only four parking spots and everytime it is always full. Now Bombay Tadka may be under new management. Finally we wanted to try out some vegetarian food and visited this week. I got surprised on two things. One is how much parking is available on the side and back, and inside was pleasantly surprising, as it was quite spacious. So, never judge the book by the cover. Inside the restaurant the ambiance is very good. No loud music. The young lady welcomed us and we were seated. Menu cards were given immediately. Prices were a little on the higher side for the area. But for the price, i was expecting a bit more. First let down was the Gobi manchurian. It had a very weird meat smell, so i could not eat. Asked them if they prepared in the same tawa as they prepared any meat stuff, they said no, but as a vegetarian, i could easily make out the smell. Then the Chinese pakora, was a bit of a stretch. It contained only cabbage in besan. It was crispy on the outside but inside i could still feel the batter half baked. Double masala was a joke. Sprite with jeera and chat

The highlight of the visit was definitely their Vada Pav — soft, fresh pav with a perfectly spiced potato filling, paired with flavorful chutneys that brought authentic street-style taste. It reminded me of the real Mumbai roadside experience. We also tried a few other dishes, and everything carried rich Indian flavors with the right balance of spices. The chicken kolhapuri and mutton Rogan Josh was delicious, and the Chaat items had that perfect tangy and spicy kick. You can tell they focus on keeping the taste close to authentic Mumbai street food. The ambiance is simple but lively, and the service was quick and friendly. It’s a great spot if you're craving desi street food without traveling far. Overall: ⭐ Authentic taste ⭐ Great Vada Pav ⭐ Good variety of Indian street food Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy classic Mumbai-style snacks in Parsippany!

The food here is really good — a nice mix of South Indian, North Indian, and Indo-Chinese. We started with samosa, lasooni gobi, and chicken wings. The gobi was the standout — super flavorful — while the other two were just okay. For mains, we had the tandoori chicken and fish, both were excellent — juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked. The Kolhapuri and korma curries were awesome. It was my first time trying Kolhapuri lamb, and I absolutely loved it — rich, bold, and full of flavor. Garlic naan was crispy and very fragrant. We also tried the Southern fried rice, which was surprisingly good. Service and price are also good. Definitely will come back again.
